Worked as a Marine Superintendent for a shipping company, supervising operations all over the world and co-operationg with numerous experts. ISO/ISM/ISPS/MLC/OHSAS18001 auditor and approved flag state inspector. Carries out risk assessment surveys and casualty investigations. Sworn expert of the Polish Chamber of Commerce and of the Chamber of Forwarding and Logistics. Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (ADR).Full member of the International Institute of Marine Surveying. Sampling expert of cereal grains, legume seeds and their products and oilseeds. Sworn Expert on Transport and Shipping accredited at the commercial courts of Szczecin & Warsaw.

ISO / ISM / ISPS Lead Auditor, trained by DNV in marine risk assessment and accident investigation, TMSA and vetting. Approved flag state inspector for Antigua & Barbuda, Dominica, Jamaica, Liberia, Marshall Islands, Vanuatu. Expert of the Polish Chamber of Commerce and Court Witness. Full member of the International Institute of Marine Surveying. Specializes in heavy lift cargo operations, warranty surveys and risk assessment surveys. Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (ADR/RID). Speaks fluent English and Russian.

Jerzy (George) Barszczewski M.Sc., Chief Engineer – graduated from the Gdansk Polytechnics. Expert of the Polish Chamber of Commerce. Specializes in mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, reefer equipment, handling of liquid fuels and oils. Carries out Hull & Machinery Surveys.

Joanna Adamczak – in charge of survey coordination and international relations, supporting accounting department.

Marek Borowski is an experienced cargo surveyor. Certified expert on agricultural products. Carries out surveys in the Silesian Region (south western Poland) and abroad, in Germany. Fluent in German.

Bartek Jaworski, worked with another global loss adjusting company before joining our team. An experienced surveyor, a certified ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor. Attended a HAZMAT (Dangerous Goods) course and and a container course at the International Institute of Container Lessors in Antwerp. Manages our Warsaw office.
